| TAMPA, December 10, 2002 - Pegasus Imaging Corporation, the leader in digital imaging technology, today announces a licensing agreement with FileVision USA, LLC for the use of ImagXpress™ Professional technology within FileVision's document management software. Specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed. FileVision integrates document management, workflow, and contact relationship management features into its relationship centric search and retrieval system. The strength of the solution lies in its ability to cross-link contacts, document and workflow processes in a secure environment. ImagXpress Professional is a comprehensive document imaging software development toolkit. After evaluating various image controls, FileVision redesigned their viewer using ImagXpress Professional. Using the FileVision viewer, end users will be able to display scanned documents and mark them up without damaging the integrity of the original document since ImagXpress Professional allows the annotation to be stored as a separate layer. "Our immediate need called for an efficient view utility that would work well in a Windows XP environment, which our existing viewer couldn't support," states John Munro, chief technology officer at FileVision. "ImagXpress Professional from Pegasus Imaging also allowed us to meet the complex multi-page TIFF files, annotation, and thumbnail requirements of our viewer with ease."
